An unforgettable day that of 21 May for theCastrolibero Comprehensive Institutewho saw his young talents of the violin class shine on the stage of the 2025 sound contaminations music competition, held in Rende from 19 to 21 May.
An absolute first prize, with the prestigious vote of 100/100, was awarded to the ensemble of twelve violinists, led by prof. Giuseppe Dodero, for a performance that has excited public and jury. Their performance, full of intensity and precision, has conquered not only a recognition of value, but also an important scholarship of 200 euros to be allocated to the purchase of instruments and musical materials.
Double triumph with the quartet: talent and passion on stage
On the same day, the violin quartet, made up of four young components of the ensemble, obtained a first prize with a score of 99/100, enchanting the audience with a repertoire as fascinating as it is demanding. The program included the canon in King Maggiore di Pachelbel, the suggestive symphony for a farewell of the Venetian Rondò and the famous Eine Kleine Nachtmusik of Mozart.
An extraordinary result, considering the young age of the musicians and musicians involved, who still attend middle school.
An experience that forms and inspires
To share the joy of this moment there were also the school manager, Dr. Maria Pia d’Andrea, and prof. Giuseppe Dodero, who with passion and competence guides the institute violin class.
