A twenty year old from the province of Crotone in prison for a series of episodes of sexual violence against a minor in public places usually frequented by very young people. The order was issued by the Crotone court at the request of the prosecutor.
Also arrested another twenty -year -old, of Crotone origin but residing in the province of Naples: he would have had a sexual conversation with the same minor girl, also sending her her explicit photos.
What emerged from the investigations of the operational section is therefore a picture of repeated violence, albeit in different ways, towards a very young victim, by both recipients of the measures.
The activities carried out have also led to identify another victim for another hypothesis of crime, once again attributable to the red code: in this case the judicial authority proceeds for persecutory acts, consisting especially in Messages from the various social profiles with which the second of the young people already mentioned has studied the ex -girlfriend for months. In this case, the change in life habits that the victim had to adopt to escape the harassing attention of man.
The investigation activities, carried out at a tight pace for a few weeks, understood the technical and electronic aspect, together with the traditional activities, concretized primarily by the acquisition of testimonies and information, under the direction and direct guide of the PM Multaries, and the coordination of the chief prosecutor Guarascio.
