A student dormitory housing 86 young people aged between 14 and 18 was hit in a Ukrainian drone attack in Ukraine’s Russian-controlled Lugansk region. This was announced by the Russian diplomat Rodion Miroshnik, owner of the dossier on the “crimes” of the Kiev government, quoted by the Tass agency. The attack occurred in Starobelsk. The Emergencies Ministry said the body of a young man who was killed has been recovered, while local authorities report at least 35 injured. Rescuers continue to dig through the rubble in search of the missing students.

Kremlin, Kiev must be punished for the dormitory attack

Kiev must be punished for the attack by Ukrainian armed forces on the university institute in the Russian-occupied Luhansk region of Ukraine in 2022, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. “Those responsible for this crime must be punished. In general, the Kiev regime must be punished,” Peskov said in a briefing, quoted by Ria Novosti. Previously, Russian authorities had reported the death of 4 people and the wounding of 39 others during the attack which took place last night.
