He wins, but not without suffering, Max Verstappenwho brings his Red Bull to the top step of the podium at the end of a rather complicated weekend among the curves of the Imola circuit. Second place goes to Lando Norris' McLaren, with an almost sprint finish under the checkered flag for the first two classified, with Charles Leclerc's Ferrari immediately behind in third place to close the podium of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. Only fifth, however, was the other Red car of Carlos Sainz, in more difficulty than his teammate from the point of view of race pace and in fact preceded by Oscar Piastri's McLaren in fourth position. Sixth and seventh position for the two Mercedes, Lewis Hamilton ahead of George Russell respectively, with the other Red Bull of Sergio Perez finishing in eighth place, demonstrating the difficulties experienced by the Milton Keynes team. Closing out the top ten were Lance Stroll's Aston Martin and Yuki Tsunoda's Racing Bulls, both authors of a good points-scoring race.
