The event hosted by Marco Liorni, who will say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026, will be organized in Catanzaro, in the splendid setting of the seafront”. Catanzaro and all of Calabria are ready, with great enthusiasm, to host Rai New Year’s Eve again”.
In recent days, in fact, a Rai technical delegation went to the Calabrian capital to carry out the first inspections, accompanied by city leaders and representatives of the Region, to find out the state of the places and present a feasibility study for the next location. And, in agreement with the local and regional authorities, the choice fell on the city’s seafront. The event, created by the Prime Time Entertainment Directorate of Rai with the Calabria Region in collaboration with the Film Commission Foundation of Calabria, thanks to the agreement signed with Rai Com, will lead Italians into the new year as every year with many guests, music and joy as befits December 31st. And, in addition to the party atmosphere, it will also be an opportunity to continue with the story of the many artistic and naturalistic beauties of the Region.
