With these words, the future president of ACR Messina Justin Davis commented on the completion of the purchase of the company’s sports business branch by Racing City Group and Global Capital, represented respectively by Morris Pagniello and David himself.
In the official press release released today from the Racing City Group offices in Dubai, the two companies announced that they have paid the balance of the price for the acquisition of the Peloritan club, thus confirming the change of ownership.
The note also specifies that the new company will be established on 27 October, and immediately afterwards the appointed consultants will start the procedure for assigning the sporting title, a formal but decisive step to establish the start of the new management. With this act a new phase opens for ACR Messina, which aims to regain stability and ambition under the leadership of the international group based in Dubai.
