Work, ‘black’ employees: fines and penalties in the reggino

The provincial inspectors of the Ministry of Labor have checked Three construction companies in the Tyrrhenian area of ​​Reggio, discovering the presence on construction sites of six workers ‘in black’. Two of the companies subjected to control was notified of the suspension of the entrepreneurial activity, while for the third the suspension was taken for serious violations of health and safety, in particular, the failure to protect against electrical risk contacts was found. The companies affected by the checks were raised for eight thousand euros, to which is added the maxi-sanction for black work, equal to 23 thousand and 400 euros, and the penalties related to the criminal requirements for non-compliant equipment and scaffolding, unsuitable roads, lack of protection against electrical risk, for an amount of eight thousand and 400 euros.
One of the subsidiaries was also contested by the lack of credits, with a sanctioning aggravation of 2 thousand euros. The company was removed from the construction site. In addition, the work inspectors checked a beauty center in the Ionian area, identifying an irregular worker. The owners will be contested by the maxi-sanction for black work, equal to 3 thousand 900 euros, with the notification of the criminal requirements for omitted health surveillance and omitted training, with extinctive sanctions, in case of compliance, of over three thousand euros.
