February 2025 pension payments will follow a differentiated schedule between Italian Post Office and the banksbased on working days:
- Saturday 1 February 2025: payment for postal account holders or for those who collect at the post office counter.
- Monday 3 February 2025: payment for bank account holders.
Revaluation of pensions: adjustment to inflation
Starting from January 2025, pensions will increase according toinflation adjustment of 0.8%as established by Ministry of Labor.
Revaluation Percentages
The increases are differentiated based on the amounts:
- Up to four times the minimum (€2,394.44): full increase of 0.8%
- Between four and five times the minimum (€2,394.44-2,993.05): revaluation of 90% (0.72%)
- More than five times the minimum: revaluation of 75% (0.6%)
January arrears and extra surcharges
The payslip for February 2025 will also include the January arrears for those who did not receive the increase the previous month. Furthermore, minimum pensions will be adjusted to 603.40 euros gross per monthwith an actual payment of 616.67 euros thanks to the extra increase already introduced in 2023.
