An investment of over 45 million for the return of the goods confiscated to the community, for social and institutional purposes, through systematic and structured recovery actions in the area, to guarantee the management of the property. It is one of the purposes of the sector plan of the Calabria Region – approved by Council resolution – for the enhancement and management of confiscated assets: the plan was the center of attention in the second national conference on the confiscated goods in progress in Catanzaro, in the presence by the President of the Calabria Region, Roberto Occhiutoof the undersecretary inside, Wanda Ferroof the vice -president of the Region, with delegation to confiscated assets, Filippo Pietropaoloand representatives of other regions.
The Calabria plan is implemented through two shares, 4.3.2: “Other social infrastructures that contribute to social inclusion in the community”, which has a financial endowment of € 17,352,718.00, and 4.h.2: “Promote social innovation, for the development of new welfare services and support social entrepreneurship”, financed with peri peri at € 16,278,58.02 of the Calabria regional program FESR FSE+ 2021/2027, as well as from the FSC cohesion agreement 21/27 for 13,594,000.00. We are imagining, and it is important that there is also the contribution from the national government, to also invest public resources. We have a regional financial, we would like to build a vehicle company perhaps with a white list of regional and national companies that – pointed out – can manage the tourist centers that otherwise would risk becoming a cathedrals in the desert “.
The National Conference – explained Pietropaolo in turn – «is A meeting that is now becoming a constant appointment for the Calabria Region Because we believe that it is important annually to confront the experiences of the other regions. Laganà, difficult struggle if confiscated goods not used

Finally, Laganà observed that “In the South there is the problem of a number of goods sometimes excessive, even a concentration of many goods in small contexts that does not always facilitate a valid planning for their reuse. In the north there are fewer goods, more distributed and in better conditions. In some regional contexts there is a greater awareness and desire to try their hand at the reuse of goods “.
