The attention of the Anti -Crime Police Division in recent days has focused on some districts of Catanzaro, notoriously inhabited and frequented by subjects of Roma ethnicity, with the aim of braking the illicit conduct recorded over time.
The Social danger of three men residing in Catanzaro – 32, 23 and 21 years respectively – belonging to the CD clan of the gypsies and burdened by numerous police records.
The first had been on several occasions reported to the judicial authority for aggravated theft, criminal association, damage, resistance to public officials and personal injuries; In addition, he was recently sentenced with a final sentence for the crime of invasion of land and defacement of others.
The 23 -year -old had made himself responsible, between 2022 and 2024, of the crimes of port of weapons or objects designed to offend and detention of drugs for drug dealing purposes; behavior, the latter, for which he was also sentenced with a final judgment.
The other subject, despite the young age, has shown a marked tendency to commit a criminal, placing various illegal behaviors repeatedly reported both by staff of the State Police and of the Carabinieri weapon. In fact, he was burdened by police records for non -compliance with the measures of the Authority, possession of drugs for drug dealing purposes, personal injuries and conduct of vehicles without the necessary qualification.
For the social danger demonstrated, the Public Security Authority has issued an aggravated oral notice measure against them, imposing specific restrictions and particular prohibitions regarding the possession and use of communication equipment, modified means of transport, pyrotechnic products and weapons even with poor offensive ability, of computer programs and tools.
