Continuous stalking, death threats, physical aggressions, damage to his car and even intrusions in the private life of his relatives. In short, a relationship finished for years that has turned into nightmare.

This is what happened in Crotone, where the police headquarters have executed an order for the ban on approaching, with an electronic bracelet, against CS, 41 -year -old from Crotone investigated for persecuting acts against the ex -partner and his family, as well as for abandonment of minors.

The precautionary measure, ordered by the investigating judge of the Court of Crotone, came after the complaint of the man who, exasperated, turned to the police telling disturbing episodes and obsessive behavior that, according to what emerged, would have been aggravated also by the use of drugs.

From the investigations of the Mobile Squad – section offenses against the person, activated in the “red code”, a real persecutory escalation emerged: stalking under the house, insistent stalking, repeated threats and even violence against the brother -in -law and sister -in -law of man.

The victim, exhausted, had now changed its life habits for fear of further aggressions. The picture worsened with a further episode: the woman would have left the six -year -old daughter alone in a playground in the city, in the middle of the night. A circumstance that led to the hypothesis of crime of abandonment of minors, also confirmed by other testimonies collected by investigators.

The evidence collected, combined with the declarations of the offended person, pushed the Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Crotone – led by the prosecutor Domenico Guarascio – to ask for a precautionary measure, immediately accepted by the judge and notified by the State Police.

The Quaestor of Crotone, Renato Panvino, reiterated the commitment of the police in contrast to domestic and gender violence, recalling the importance of promptly denouncing any episode of physical or moral violence, before he can degenerate into irreparable tragedies.
