This was decided by the Serie A sports judge, Gerardo Mastrandre, after the argument in the San Siro tunnel during the interval of Inter-Juve, over the expulsion of Kalulu. In the reasons, the judge underlines that Comolli had «an aggressive and seriously intimidating attitude towards the match director, seeking physical contact with him”; held back by Spalletti, and «uttered seriously insulting expressions» towards the referee. Kalulu disqualified for one match.
