The auditor’s “No” to the municipal management report: a negative opinion that portrays a predisposed situation with serious consequences for the future life of the institution and for the governance action of the current administrative team. The meeting in the chamber to discuss and vote on the accounting document is for tomorrow morning: the city council was convened early, at 8.30. The hope is that during the session the weight of the arguments will not be added to the bipartisan habit of constant personal spite, sometimes cloying: the deep red of the financial situation of the Municipality will deserve a very different approach.
