Due to the continuation of the celebration ceremony of the 212th Annual Foundation of the Carabinieri in Reggio Calabria, the President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, will no longer be able to participate in the EU-Western Balkans Summit, underway in Tivat in Montenegro.
