Decisive days for the future of Cosenza, on and off the pitch. The main attention is paid to the “Marulla” stadium affair, on which the Calabria Regional Administrative Court is called to rule after the hearing which took place yesterday. During the council chamber, the precautionary request made by the rossoblù club against the municipality in the context of the dispute relating to the city facility was discussed. We are now awaiting the administrative judges’ order, which could arrive in the next few days and represent a fundamental turning point for the season now upon us.
The possible acceptance of the precautionary measure would in fact allow the reopening of a review of the administrative documents, leaving open the possibility that Cosenza will continue to play the internal matches at the “Marulla”. A scenario that would allow the rossoblù to avoid moving away from the city. However, the perspective is different in the event of the appeal being rejected. In that case, the idea of playing the home matches at the “Ezio Scida” stadium in Crotone would increasingly take shape, a solution indicated by the club at the time of registration.
