Now the municipality’s investee companies officially have new boards of directors appointed by the mayor Federico Basile. This afternoon the shareholders’ meetings of the subsidiaries met and the new boards of directors of the special companies took office.

For Amam the president is Salvatore Saglimbeni together with the members Maria Fernanda Gervasi and Giovanni Donato.
For Arisme the president is Massimo Rizzo together with the members Giovanna Sciuto and Domenico Quartarone.
For Atm the president is Chiara Sterrantino together with the members Claudia Brudetto and Salvatore Mangano.
For Messinaservizi the president is Vincenzo Ciraolo together with the members Giovanna Crifò and Giovanni Scopelliti.
For Messina Social City the president is Francesco Giorgio together with the members Francesca Guadagna and Andrea Ipsaro Passione.
For Patrimonio Messina the president is Francesco Romano together with the members Claudia Lo Cascio and Vincenzo Calabrò.
