The Municipal Council of Rende has approved the consolidated budget as of 31 December 2025, the document that photographs the economic, patrimonial and financial situation of the entire Municipality. This is the preliminary step envisaged by the legislation: now the text will reach the city council, called to express its opinion on the final version. From the document it emerges that, among the Municipality’s subsidiaries, only Rende Servizi Srl falls within the scope of consolidation, with a 100% participation. The other shareholdings were excluded because they were considered not relevant for the purposes of the consolidated financial statements. «Relating to the 2025 financial year, the investee company Rende Servizi srl a socio unico achieved an operating profit of 82,524.00», we read in the report filed in the documents.
