From postponement to postponement, the new “good time” would be October 13th. And we start again, not from scratch but almost: to arrive at a shared and above all legally solid text, in-depth analysis and technical comparisons will be necessary, probably including the withdrawal of all the amendments presented, before the next meeting of the first commission of the Regional Council. The objective, which seems shared, is to finally get out of the cul de sac of the reform of the procedures for recruitment in the regional public administration with priority to scrolling through the existing rankings before announcing new competitions. Inevitably, a legitimate expectation was created for hundreds of suitable candidates and also, or perhaps above all, the process stalled on the extension of the existing rankings.
