In recent hours, the lifeless body of a man was found in a coastal area of the island of Lipari (it is assumed that it could be the body of the 39-year-old boy, Ivano La Greca, who had disappeared for a few days).
The location of the body occurred thanks to the intervention of the firefighters of the Lipari detachment, belonging to the Messina Command, who had been engaged in search operations for several days.
The activity, coordinated by the Carabinieri, involved collaboration with VF personnel. The recovery of the body was carried out by the Carabinieri, while the localization of the point where the body was located was possible thanks to the VF personnel operating on site.
