«I don’t just want to maintain what was there, I want to improve it and make it known to the world. After all, Sicily has all the potential to grow.” The theater of the story is Santa Domenica Vittoria, a small village of just 854 souls located in the Nebrodi Mountains at risk of depopulation. And right here, Alessio Spartà, born in 1996, who, dusting off three adjectives, defines himself as ambitious, honest and creative, decided to make a choice against the grain, staying and building something authentic in the place that cradled him, starting from the land and its fruits.
