“In the years 2022 and 2023 Anas (company of the Infrastructure Hub of the FS Italiane Group) has recorded a constant increase in its staff. To date, the workforce has grown by over 400 resources, equal to approximately +6%, compared to the end of 2021. The Business Plan envisages a increase by approximately 2,300 resources by 2026. From the beginning of 2022 to today, 1,800 people have been hired, including permanent and fixed-term contracts, of which approximately 80% focused in the technical and network management areas. A significant percentage of the additions concerned key roles such as Works Managers, Operations Managers and Construction Site Inspectors. These new hires affected the entire national territory (20% north; 43% centre; 37% south) and the average age of new hires is around 39 years, around 10 years lower than the average company age. These actions will allow Anas to face challenges in the infrastructure and transport sector and support the achievement of its strategic objectives”.

These are some of the numbers that the CEO of Anas, Aldo Isiillustrated to the audience of the XXIII National Conference Ance Giovani, held in Rome today at the Roman Aquarium.

The commitment of the largest public contracting authority in the country and the first manager of the road and motorway network of over 32 thousand kilometres, together with the RFI head office, in the selection and hiring of new talent, is aimed at putting the new industrial plan planned until to 2032, supported by investments of 64.5 billion euros.
