Last week, the staff of the contingent National Labor Inspectorate Sicily in service in Messina was engaged in a series of checks in the public exercises sector. The suspension measure was adopted against a bar in the city center as the owner employed one in two workers in black. The inspectors also ascertained that the employer had not taken advantage of the DVR (risk assessment document). In addition to the suspension, a penalty of 2,500 euros for black work and one of 2,500 for non-processing of the DVR were raised, followed by the maxi-sauce of 1,950 for black work, as well as the pecuniary penalties relating to the violations on safety.
