A leap of hope for ALS sufferers. This morning on the Belvedere Marittimo beach at Capo Tirone an initiative was held in favor of those who face neurogenerative diseases day after day. Together with other patients and with the support of the lawyer Fabio Trapuzzano, a petition was also promoted.
“We have already collected – explain the promoters – over 7000 signatures, a sign of a strong and shared voice.
Our request is clear and urgent: strengthen and accelerate research on ALS in Italy.
We also ask to improve home care, making it uniform across all regions.
No less important is the concrete support for families and caregivers.
Anyone who takes care of an ALS patient faces years of sacrifices and daily difficulties.”
A petition that aims to give dignity and strength to those who fight against the disease and to those who accompany them.
“It’s not just about numbers, but about lives that deserve listening and respect.
We are looking for visibility to finally get attention and answers from the institutions.”
