The police commissioner of Vibo Valentia issued five oral warnings to as many women involved in a violent brawl that took place last September 12th in Serra San Bruno, near the avenue that leads to the Certosa.
A patrol from the Serra San Bruno police station had intervened on site and had to work hard to calm the tempers of the five women, who continued to hit each other despite the presence of the officers.
Following immediate investigations, all the participants in the brawl were arrested on charges of aggravated brawling. The Court of Vibo Valentia, during validation, then ordered for each of them the precautionary measure of the obligation to submit to the judicial police.
Upon the proposal of the Serra San Bruno Police Department and after the investigations carried out by the Anti-Crime Division, the police commissioner issued the five prevention measures.
With the issuing of the oral warning, the recipients of the provision are formally warned to maintain conduct compliant with the law: in the event of new violations, more restrictive prevention measures on personal freedom may be taken.
