An entire day at Palazzo Zanca, side by side with councilors and presidents of the subsidiaries, for a timely check of the implementation status of the administrative program. Cateno De Luca brought the team together for a “reconnaissance”, transforming the meeting into a real “political coupon”.
“Pretend that in a few months you have to leave this building, and that it is right to do so leaving a good memory, in the name of the commitments we have undertaken with the people of Messina in June 2022”, wrote De Luca, addressing his collaborators in a sort of call to responsibility.
“This tension is useful in view of next Friday – added De Luca – when we will analyze everything that has not yet been achieved but could have already been achieved by each councilor and each subsidiary. This way we will be able to do the end-of-year coupon with good consideration!” A clear message, in short: no one can afford to lower their guard, nor to postpone objectives that are already within reach. And it is De Luca himself who comments on his team’s reaction: “Someone or someone didn’t look good at the end of the day!”. Yet another “strike” which confirms the De Luca line and seems to prefigure the possibility that, at this “turning point”, some seats could be lost.
