The employees of Catanzaro Servizi ask for guarantees for their future work: starting from the closest deadlines, such as the payment of the next salary (which should take place within the first ten days of November), up to business continuity that can also count on new services and greater income, to secure the Municipality’s subsidiary. The meeting called yesterday by the RSA followed Monday’s meeting between the union forces, the mayor Nicola Fiorita (as a member, i.e. the Municipality) and the sole director Antonio De Marco. On the table is the delicate financial situation of the company, grappling with the closing of the 2024 budget, the scarcity of resources and the expectations of a relaunch after the transition phase resulting from the “non-existent” tax credit which blew up a tax compensation and with it the first installment of the transaction with the company Aurora srl.
From that meeting it emerged that the 2024 budget should close with a slight surplus, around 12 thousand euros, it was reported yesterday during the assembly by the representatives of the RSA: Mario Della Porta, Uiltucs; Alessandro Tolomeo, Fisascat Cisl, Gianluca Silipo and Antonio Simmaco for Cgil Filcams.
