The provincial roads 187 and 188, two arteries that join in the upper part of the two sides of the mountain of the two mountain areas of Corigliano and Rossano, which should represent a feather in the cap for those who travel along them, both for the breathtaking views that can be seen looking at the blue Ionian sea up to the borders with Basilicata and Pollino on the other side, are unfortunately abandoned, representing a serious danger for motorists and, above all, for motorcyclists. Two sections that constitute the only artery that leads to Sila and that many, especially tourists and people who live there on the respective sections of the 188 of Rossano and 187 of Corigliano, consider of great value not only from an environmental and economic point of view, due to the presence of thick chestnut groves and wood, but also for the great comfort, thanks to which in less than 15 minutes you can reach the mountain residences from the sea by crossing the two historic centers of Corigliano and Rossano.
