The alleged perpetrator of the vandalistic raid that spread dismay, indignation and destruction at dawn last Thursday at the Rossano airport where the municipal delegation, a driving school and a bar were ransacked has been identified and arrested. This would be a man resident in San Giorgio Albanese, but of Campania origins and already known in judicial circles. The man was stopped by officers of the Corigliano Rossano public safety police station who took him yesterday afternoon to the barracks premises for further investigation into the case. It seems that what nailed him was the mobile phone stolen from one of the owners of the businesses devastated by the incursive and destructive action. Following the signal from the mobile device, the police managed to track him down in the area of the municipality of Terranova da Sibari. The man currently remains at the disposal of the judicial authorities, while investigation activities continue to verify whether or not there are links to similar episodes that occurred in the area.
