“The union activity in the Cosenza Hospital Trust has been at a standstill for several months now, too long that it can no longer be tolerated. “This attitude of the Cosenza Hospital Trust – according to Bloise – appears to have the prerequisites of a clear anti-union conduct not suitable for a company that aims to be modern. Not to mention the chaos of the “New Emergency Room” which – as learned from some press articles published in recent days – is not at all modern, except in appearance, while the usual lack of personnel, poor functionality is noted and, furthermore, we have also been reported a strange case of a professional assignment that would have been assigned, against the Law, without the due selection right in the Emergency Room”.
Furthermore, “we also learned about the “strange” resignations (which even preceded the publication of the ranking), of the only 3 suitable participants of the competition for organizational function roles (coordinators) of the Emergency Department, which has just been completed. This figure should have played a crucial role in the new organizational management of the Emergency Department and, instead, a few days after the tests were held, without the publication of the resolution with the final ranking of the selection, it seems that the 3 resignations from accepting the assignment were sent, which seem very strange to us. We wonder if it is a “coincidence or a triple case of clairvoyance” of three participants who withdraw before even knowing they have won? And above all, we ask ourselves who benefits from sending a selection deserted due to the premature withdrawal of all the participants, as well as the winners? Will that place now remain free? Or to whom will it be assigned? The phrase is famous: “sometimes you guess right when you think badly”. Those in the know also tell of several movements that have already been planned, among winning coordinators who, in a few months’ time, will be taking on roles that are different from those in which they were the winners.. Let’s hope these are just hospital legends… All this will of course be monitored and duly reported by Uil Fpl if necessary”.
