Night of fear in the locality of Archi, near the Milazzo motorway junction, where around 1.30 am a violent road accident involved two cars. The impact, which occurred along one of the busiest roads in the area, required the prompt intervention of the Messina Fire Brigade.

The team, which arrived from the Milazzo detachment, found itself faced with a critical situation: the drivers and passengers of the two vehicles had remained stuck in the sheet metal, unable to free themselves independently. The firefighters worked quickly using cutting and spreading equipment to safely extract the injured people, who were subsequently entrusted to the care of the 118 personnel who responded to the scene. Once the rescue operations were concluded, the firefighters ensured the safety of the area and the reclamation of the roadway, necessary to restore traffic conditions and prevent further dangers.
