The work for the construction of a new school canteen for the pupils of the “Don Milani” schools are underway. This was communicated by the commissioner for the PNRR Luca Bossi. The works were delivered this morning to the company that will carry out the work which provides for a funding of 386,400 euros from the PNRR loan following a specific design of the municipal administration.
The property will be built in the urban center of the city of Crotone along via Gioacchino da Fiore, at the IC Institute “Cutuli-Don Milani”, primary school “Don Milani” and intended for a school population of 160 pupils. The structure will be built with orthogonal floors, 30 cm Poroton buffering pads, with external coat made with 8 -cm counterparete thermal insulating panels, finished by plaster and painting. The installation of thermal cut PVC windows is expected. The fixtures, at the sliding opening will be made with anti -meter glass and the floors will be made with materials with non -slip and non -slip performance. The internal walls of the canteen room will be finished by plasters for civil uses and clear painting, while the bathrooms and the local arrival room will be covered with light -colored ceramic tiles, easily washable and sanitized. The internal pavement will be made with light stoned tiles in stoneware or similar to guarantee greater mechanical resistance, easily washable and sanitized. All premises will be equipped with natural aeroirlination. The canteen room will be used for the consumption of meals that will come from the outside prepared and packaged, as required by the EU guidelines.
