As part of an intensification of the control services of the territory that affected the capital strongly desired by the commissioner of the province of Crotone Renato Panvinoon the occasion of the holidays in honor of the Madonna di Capo Colonna, the State Police on May 16 arrested a 36 -year -old Algerian citizen, DM, for the crime of theft attempted, as he was found near a shopping activity in the city center, who had made himself responsible with suitable acts in a non -misunderstood way of the forcing of the shop door in order to consume the crime.
The episode occurred in the night, while the steering wheels patrolled the streets of the center in the targeted prevention and repression services of the predatory crimes, when they surprised a man who, after forcing the entrance door, tried to introduce himself inside the premises, to remove the goods that the clothing store kept inside.
The timely intervention of the agents, notified through a communication arrived at the Operations Center of the Police Headquarters by a citizen, made it possible to block the subject near the commercial financial year, preventing the consumption of the theft. The arrest took place confirms the commitment of the State Police in offering citizens and entrepreneurs.
In support of the police activity, for the purposes of reconstruction of the facts, it was the analysis of the images of the video surveillance system, which allowed to confirm the dynamics of the event and consolidate the elements of responsibility for the arrested person.
The man was subjected to house arrest at his home, available to the judicial authority.
