The provisions of Messina Eliana Spadaromobility, infrastructure and logistics expert, has been designated “Ambassador APS Interporto Gela for the Messina district“; the project relating to the realization of the Internation Gela places the implementation of the area of the Southern Mediterranean as a main objective, as a central junction in international sea mobility systems.
The connection with infrastructure possibilities insistent throughout the area of Eastern Sicily, first of all Messina, represents an opportunity for growth, both for the project of Gela in itself, and for the territories with which it could be connected.
The spread of the Interporto of Gela carried out by the Association therefore assumes particular relevance, if interpreted as an opportunity for the growth of the infrastructure system also in the area of the Strait of Messina.
