A meeting between a delegation of the CISL Magna Grecia and the President took place yesterday at the headquarters of the Province of Crotone Sergio Ferrariin the presence of a representation of internships used in training activities at public bodies in the area.
The meeting was attended by the Secretary General of CISL Magna Grecia Daniele Gualtierithe territorial secretary Salvatore Federicothe Head of the Public Employment Department Luigi Talaricothe regional secretary of Felsa Cisl Mafalda Candiglieta.
The meeting served to take stock of the situation of the trainees and ask for a concrete commitment not only for their stabilization within the provincial administration, but also for a promotion and coordination action to all the municipalities of the province, so that each one actively contributes to the solution of the dispute.
President Ferrari confirmed the availability of the body to collaborate, recalling the adhesion already taken place in the regional platform with 36 units and anticipating that a technical verification is underway to put in place a wider programming, with the aim of identifying stabilization paths by the end of June.
“What we have particularly appreciated is the responsible and constructive approach by the provincial administration: a model of serious and result -oriented trade union relations, which we hope will also be followed by other territorial realities. We have also underlined the urgency of a greater involvement of all public administrations and the interested parties, so that the dispute of the trainees is not left on the shoulders of a few, but becoming a shared priority”, said Daniele. CISL Magna Grecia will continue to carefully follow the development of the dispute, reaffirming the need for a structural and coordinated response that enhances the path and the skills acquired by the internships, returning them dignity and stable job prospects.
