The air remains crisp in the centre-right home, where the prospect of the electoral campaign for next year’s local elections is sparking a tense debate between historical exponents of the coalition. There are still no official positions of the parties: the center-right table has not yet been convened, even if, as stated yesterday in these columns by Filippo Mancuso (vice president of the Region and exponent of the League), the Roman leaders will have to indicate the path: starting from the indication of the political force that will be responsible for indicating the candidate for mayor.
Sergio Costanzo has a completely different opinion. The Forza Italia city councilor – who in recent days has vetoed the possibility of nominating a Northern League member to run for the city leadership – maintains that “saying that we should wait for Rome seems like a banal choice to me, no one believes it”.
