Good news for municipal properties. In fact, work has begun on the renovation of the Teatro Umberto on Corso Numistrano, which will deliver to the city an asset of considerable importance, which has been closed for years because it is unusable. In addition to the Umberto theater, the renovation work on the former social services building on Corso Numistrano will also begin shortly. The importance of the interventions was highlighted by the vice president of the municipal council Antonio Mastroianni, who underlines how “the urban redevelopment process carried out by the municipal administration led by mayor Murone continues”. In particular, as regards the building near the Cathedral, where the social services were housed until a few years ago, with the start of the works the structure will be transformed into a new space dedicated to children.
