A curious story that comes from Calabria, where a family doctor from Cosentino found himself at the center of attention for a rather bizarre prescription. In fact, the prescription contained the request for a “physiotherapy evaluation for the electric chair”, an expression that left many perplexed.
The image of the form was published on social media by a colleague of the doctor, who took steps to obscure every identifying element. From there it was relaunched by various information sites and quickly made the rounds on the web. In all likelihood it was a simple typo or slip of the tongue, as the doctor almost certainly meant to refer to a wheelchair.
