The British government is considering introducing legislation to remove Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor from the royal line of succession. According to Defense Minister Luke Pollard to the BBC, preventing Andrew from ever becoming king is the “right thing to do”, regardless of the outcome of the police investigation.
Andrew, brother of King Charles III, remains eighth in line to the throne despite being stripped of his titles, including that of prince, last October for links to pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.

The former prince was detained for a few hours by police on Thursday for emails containing confidential information on London government decisions sent to Epstein when he was special envoy for British trade.

And Parliament also wants to be clear about this. According to the Guardian, the Trade Committee will meet next Tuesday to discuss a possible inquiry into Andrea’s role from 2001 to 2011.
