An exceptional intervention was performed at the San Vincenzo hospital in Taormina on a sixty year old suffering from ‘Fallot’s tetralogy’already subjected to numerous cardiac surgery, and in advanced heart failure, determined by a serious and chronic insufficiency of the lung valve.
