They are the resources that will be allocated with three calls published by the regional department of Mediterranean fishing.

The regional government deploys resources aimed at encouraging investments that allow the valorisation of the local product and support the recovery.”
The calls for actions 1 and 2 of the Feampa
The Department of Fisheries has arranged two notices relating to actions 1 and 2 of the objective “Promote the marketing, quality and added value of fishery and aquaculture products and the processing of such products” under the National Program of European Maritime Fund, Fisheries and Aquaculture (Feampa) 2021-2027.
The first tender, relating toaction 1aims, on the subject of energyto improve theefficiency and the reduction in consumption in both phases, through support for specific investments in machinery, equipment And technologies in the processes of processing, conservation And product transferalso favoring the reduction of management costs. The measure is aimed at micro, small and medium-sized enterprises with one financial endowment of approx 677 thousand euros.
The second tender concerns theaction 2 and supports them micro, small and medium-sized enterprises who intend to guarantee more ways of working safe to operators, favoring productive investments through the construction and adaptation of systemsfrom the infrastructure and the purchase of equipment to improve the Healththe safety and the working conditions. The financial allocation is 8 million euros.
Action 4: Resilience and food security
The third call contributes to implementing theaction 4 «Resilience, stability, transparency and fair competition in the sectors of marketing And transformation of fishery and aquaculture products, contributing to food safety of the EU”, always within the Feampa 2021-2027.
The notice is addressed to Sicilian municipalities and is aimed at promoting participation in information initiatives And knowledge of fish products caught, raised and processed for a conscious consumption that takes theirs into account nutritional and organoleptic characteristics and of environmental sustainability And socioeconomic of production systems. The financial allocation is equal to 600 thousand euros. Each approved project can be financed with a maximum of 30 thousand euros. Applications must be submitted by December 4th.
