Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky hopes for a “positive outcome” from the ongoing talks in Geneva to help “stop the bloodshed.” In a post on Telegram, the Ukrainian leader views the fact that “diplomacy has been activated” as positive and hopes for a “constructive” dialogue in Switzerland.
«The Ukrainian and American teams, the teams of our European partners, are in close contact and I really hope that a result will be achieved. We must stop the bloodshed and ensure that the war does not reignite,” Zelensky stressed. «I look forward to the results of today’s talks and hope that all participants will be constructive. We need a positive outcome for all of us,” the Kiev leader said.
