Green light for the final balance sheet of Catanzaro Servizi. During the shareholders’ meeting at Palazzo de Nobili, chaired by the mayor Nicola Fiorita with the sole director of the municipal subsidiary, Antonio De Marco, the approval for the approval of the 2024 financial statements was received, in view of the further green light to the consolidated budget expected in the next session of the municipal council.
A particularly complex period for Catanzaro Servizi ends positively, managing to safeguard the balance sheet and set a new starting point for the financial recovery of the company. Thanks to the commitment of the Municipality of Catanzaro, by the end of the week, the staff salaries for the month of October will be paid and the Durc will be regularised.
In the long term, the conditions now exist for the company’s relaunch strategy to take shape in a complete manner, through the awarding of new services.
The meeting also proceeded to extend the appointment of Antonio De Marco for a further three months, pending the completion of the public notice for the recruitment of the new sole director, and to guarantee management continuity and the consolidation process of the company.
