His partner mistreated during probationary custody: a 47-year-old from Cirò Marina returns to prison

The Cirò Marina Carabinieri executed a detention order issued by the Crotone Prosecutor’s Office against a 47-year-old local man, replacing the alternative measure of probationary custody to which he was subjected. In fact, due to a previous conviction for crimes against property, the man was subjected to probation, an alternative measure to detention which allows, in particular circumstances, those who have received a conviction to serve their sentence outside of prison. On Sunday night, however, the military reported him for mistreatment in the family after, according to the meticulous reconstruction carried out, conduct emerged towards his partner, who was the victim, on several occasions, of both physical and verbal violence, with slaps, insults and threats. For these reasons, the Catanzaro Surveillance Office immediately revoked the benefit, ordering the immediate capture of the subject and his accompaniment to prison.
