Foams that are not always authorized since the urban offenses have clear the limits of already very generous regulations. The building operations were carried out thanks to the territorial planning policies that move following the growth trajectories in the shade of the brick, according to the equation: more houses, more happiness. But here, the abusiveness and the cement cycle have widened the door to the big catastrophes.
