The sports judge declared inadmissible the complaint presented by the ACR Messina company in relation to the match between Messina and Gelbison which ended with a score of 1-2 in favor of the guests. The provision states that the ACR Messina company did not follow up on the pre-announcement of the complaint relating to the match. This omission, according to the provisions of article 67, paragraph 2, of the Sports Justice Code, constitutes a reason for the inadmissibility of the complaint itself.
In light of what was found, the Sports Judge decided: to declare the complaint inadmissible; to validate the result of the match, which ended with a score of 1-2 in favor of Gelbison; to debit the complaint fee from the ACR Messina company account.
Therefore, the result achieved on the pitch remains confirmed, with Gelbison maintaining the three points gained in the match against Messina.
However, a two-match ban was imposed on coach Vincenzo Feola for having pushed an opposing player inside his own technical area.
