The Budget Law 2025 (L. 30 December 2024, n. 207) introduced some significant changes relating to the inclusion allowance (ADI) and to support for training and work (SFL).
Updates on ADI:
- ISEE threshold: raised from 9,360 euros to 10,140 euros.
- Family income: increased from 6,000 euros to 6,500 euros. For nuclei composed of people aged or over 67 years of age or with serious disabilities or non -self -sufficiency, the threshold goes from 7,560 euros to 8,190 euros (the value is multiplied by the parameter of the equivalence scale established by art. 2 of the decree -May 4, 2023, n. 48).
- Access to the ADI: The family income threshold for rent families is raised to 10,140 euros, as indicated in the DSU for ISEE.
- Incruption integration: the maximum value of integration for families residing in leased houses, with a recorded contract, goes from 3,360 euros to 3,640 euros, and from 1,800 euros to 1,950 euros for nuclei composed of people aged or greater than 67 years or with severe disabilities or not self -sufficiency.
Examples of calculation for one person:
- Zero income and rent of 4,500 euros: the ADI will amount to 10,140 euros per year (845 euros/month).
- Income of 6,500 euros and rent of 3,000 euros: the ADI will amount to 3,000 euros per year (250 euros/month).
- Income of 8,140 euros and rent of 3,640 euros: the ADI will amount to 3,640 euros per year (303.33 euros/month).
Updates on SFL:
- ISEE threshold and family income: raised from 6,000 euros to 10,140 euros.
- Monthly amount: increase in the monthly amount of the measure from 350 euros to 500 euros.
- Extension of the duration: the maximum limit of 12 months can be extended by an additional 12 months, provided that the beneficiary frequent a training course at the expiry of the first twelve months. The economic benefit, upon updating the personalized service pact, will be paid until the end of the course for further twelve monthly months.
Inps is updating the demand forms for ADI and SFL, including ADI-COM models, which will be available on the institutional portal.
