Cosenza avoids the prank in the 9th minute of added time. A header from Mazzocchi assisted by baby Cimino saves the rossoblù from their third consecutive defeat. Venturi’s shot at Ibra (turned on the fly with his back to goal which fooled Polizzi in the first half) breaks the ice. In the second half Sudtirol had more physically and with two not too different goals they turned the game around. First Casiraghi (great break on the right by Ciervo) and then Odogwu (assist by Davi) make it 1-2. In full recovery the explosion of the “Marulla”.
