Certainly, a sui generis case, because normally the change of hands of assets “exiting” judicial procedures takes place within a few days. It is true that a football club follows specific tracks and timescales, has peculiarities that complicate things, but on the other hand what is happening slows down a takeover necessary to relaunch the sporting project and the development of the “Racing plan”.
The issue is clear, the enforcement of the pending guarantee. There is a dispute that influenced the proceedings, to which the new affiliation is connected and the notarial resolution for the definitive transition to the NewCo established by Justin Davis and Morris Pagniello. This entails a series of consequences on an administrative-managerial level, which also have an impact on the team, determined by the inability of the owners (still in pectore) to make autonomous decisions and operate freely outside the temporary operation. Which for the good of everyone, but above all of Messina, should be concluded as soon as possible.
Davis and Pagniello are expected in the city on Saturday to watch the match against Savoia the following day, then they should remain in Sicily until December 2nd.
