While waiting for the corporate turning point announced between Tuesday and Wednesday, the Court formalized the extension of the provisional financial year expiring on Wednesday 10th December, therefore extended until Monday 15th. The decree was filed electronically on 3rd December by the judicial assistant Giuseppe Castelli.
The decision was probably taken to ensure adequate time for the conclusion of the process relating to the definitive assignment of the company complex, which compared to the administrative and bureaucratic implications also including the takeover at the federal level (sports branch) could require a few more days. It being understood that, if the “game” were to close already this week, even the provisional exercise could end earlier than expected. So, no alarm, just a “buffer” for the much desired conclusion of this precarious management phase.
