The political battleground is certainly urban planning. The guidelines for the new PSC, branded Principe, do not convince the opposition at all. And if yesterday, the centre-right council raised the bar, today it is the Civic Laboratory’s turn to attack the government’s choices. “The new urban planning guidelines of the municipal administration mark a point of failure never seen in the recent history of Rende. It is not a simple technical choice: it is a serious, inconsistent political act, capable of denying years of preaching and revealing an internal contradiction that no explanation can ever justify”, their frontal attack.
